How can I add a product to my subscription?Updated 4 days ago

You can easily add another product to your subscription through your customer portal. It only takes a few clicks.


How to add a product

  • Go to the website and scroll to the bottom
  • Click Account Login
  • Enter the same email you used at checkout
  • Enter the one-time login code sent to your email

💡 Tip: If you don’t see the code, check your spam or promotions folder.


Once you’re logged in

  • Go to Orders → View Subscriptions
  • Find the subscription you want to update
  • Click Manage Subscription
  • Select Add Product

Choose how to add it

After selecting your product, you can:

  • Add to Next Order
    Include it as a one-time addition to your upcoming shipment
  • Add to Subscription
    Include it in all future recurring orders

You’ll see your updated order details right in your dashboard.


When to make changes

Changes can take up to 24 hours to process.

To make sure your update applies to your next shipment, add products at least one day before your renewal.
