You’re in control of your deliveries
You can manage your subscription anytime through your customer portal. It only takes a few clicks to update your orders, timing, or details.
How to log in
- Go to the website and scroll to the bottom
- Click Account Login
- Enter the same email you used at checkout
- Enter the one-time login code sent to your email
💡 Tip: If you don’t see the code, check your spam or promotions folder.
How to manage your subscription
- Go to Orders → View Subscriptions
- Find the subscription you want to update
- Click Manage Subscription
What you can do
You’ll see several options to customize your upcoming orders. Among other things, you can:
- Skip your next delivery
- Pause your subscription
- Change your next order date
- Update your shipping address
- Update your payment method
When to make changes
Changes can take up to 24 hours to process.
To avoid unwanted charges or shipments, update your subscription at least one day before your next renewal.
