How to skip or pause
- Go to the website and scroll to the bottom
- Click Account Login
- Enter your email
- Enter the one-time login code
💡 Tip: Check spam or promotions if you don’t see the code.
Once you’re logged in
- Go to Orders → View Subscriptions
- Select your subscription
- Click Manage Subscription
Then choose:
- Skip Next Order
- Set Next Order Date
- Pause Subscription
Important timing
To avoid being charged:
- Make changes at least 24 hours before your renewal
