How do I manage my subscription?Updated 2 days ago

You can update your subscription anytime in your customer portal in just a few clicks.


What do you want to do?

Change your next order

  • Skip your next delivery
  • Move your next order date
  • Get your order sooner

Adjust your schedule

  • Change how often you receive orders

Update your products

  • Swap to a different product
  • Add or remove items
  • Adjust quantities

Update your details

  • Change your shipping address
  • Update your payment method

How to access your subscription

  • Go to the website and scroll to the bottom
  • Click Account Login
  • Enter your email
  • Enter the one-time login code

💡 Tip: Check spam or promotions if you don’t see the code.


Once you’re logged in

  • Go to Orders → View Subscriptions
  • Click Manage Subscription

Important timing

To make sure your changes apply:

  • Update at least 24 hours before your next charge
