How to swap my subscription product?Updated a day ago
You can easily switch to a different product anytime through your customer portal. It’s quick, flexible, and designed to keep your routine working for you.
How to swap your product
- Go to the website and scroll to the bottom
- Click Account Login
- Enter the same email you used at checkout
- Enter the one-time login code sent to your email
💡 Tip: If you don’t see the code, check your spam or promotions folder.
Once you’re logged in
- Go to Orders → View Subscriptions
- Find the subscription you want to update
- Click Manage Subscription
- Select Swap Product
- Choose your new product and confirm
Your update will appear in your account shortly after.
When to make changes
Product swaps apply to future orders.
If your next order is already processing, changes may not be possible, so it’s best to update at least 24 hours before your renewal.
