How can I adjust the frequency of my subscription?Updated 4 days ago

Make your delivery schedule work for you

Your subscription starts with monthly deliveries, but you can easily change how often you receive your orders.


How to adjust your delivery frequency

  • Go to the website and scroll to the bottom
  • Click Account Login
  • Enter the same email you used at checkout
  • Enter the one-time login code sent to your email

💡 Tip: If you don’t see the code, check your spam or promotions folder.


Once you’re logged in

  • Go to Orders → View Subscriptions
  • Find the subscription you want to update
  • Click Manage Subscription
  • Scroll to the Frequency section
  • Select your preferred delivery schedule
  • Click Save

Available delivery options

You can choose what works best for your routine:

  • Every 30 days
  • Every 45 days
  • Every 60 days
  • Every 90 days
  • Every 3 months

Need to adjust just your next order?

If you only want to delay or skip your upcoming delivery:

  • Use Set Next Billing Date in your portal
  • Choose a new date that works for you

đź’ˇ Tip: Frequency changes apply to future orders, while billing date changes affect your next shipment.


When to make changes

Updates can take up to 24 hours to process.

To make sure your changes apply to your next order, update your subscription at least one day before your renewal.
