Yes, you can update your details anytime
You can easily update your shipping or billing information through your customer portal.
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, changes can usually be applied right away.
How to update your shipping address
For future orders
- Log in to your customer portal using the same email you used at checkout
- Enter the login code sent to your email
- Go to Addresses
- Edit your existing address or add a new one
- Save your changes
💡 Tip: If you don’t see the login code, check your spam or promotions folder.
For a recent order
If your order is still processing, we may be able to update the address.
- Contact us through our Contact Us page as soon as possible
- Include your order number for faster help
Once your order has shipped, address changes are no longer possible.
How to update your billing address or payment details
- Log in to your customer portal
- Scroll to Payment Methods
- Select your saved card and click Edit
- Update your billing details and save
If you used Shop Pay
If you checked out using Shop Pay, your billing and payment details are managed there.
Any updates made in Shop Pay will automatically apply to future orders.
