Track your order
Option 1: Check your email
- Look for your shipping confirmation email
- Click the Track button inside the email
- View updates directly from the carrier
💡 Tip: If you don’t see the email, check your spam or promotions folder.
Option 2: Log in to your account
- Go to account.firstday.com
- Enter the email used at checkout
- Enter the one-time code sent to your email
- View your recent order status and tracking details
When will tracking updates appear?
Tracking updates usually appear within 24 to 48 hours after your order ships.
Sometimes there may be a short gap between when the order ships and when the carrier completes the first scan.
Tracking has not updated?
Carriers can sometimes take a few days to scan or update tracking while your package moves through the delivery network.
If your tracking has not updated in 5 business days, please reach out through our Contact Us page or chat so our team can help review it.
Shipping timelines
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipping.
Canada orders may take longer depending on customs processing and local carrier timelines.
Shipping to Canada?
Canadian orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) and include a $7 international shipping fee. Orders usually arrive within 8–14 business days, depending on customs and local carriers
Local duties, taxes, or import fees may be collected by the carrier or customs upon delivery.
