We know waiting can be tough. The good news is you can check your order status anytime in just a few clicks.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.
How to check your order status
Option 1: Check your email
- Look for your shipping confirmation email
- Click the Track button inside the email
- View real-time updates from the carrier
💡 Tip: If you don’t see the email, check your spam or promotions folder.
Option 2: Use the chat on our website
- Go to the website and open the chat box
- Select Track and Manage My Orders
- Enter the email you used at checkout
- Enter the one-time code sent to your email
You’ll then see your latest order updates and tracking details.
Option 3: Log in to your customer portal
- Log in using the same email you used at checkout
- Enter the login code sent to your inbox
- Go to Orders → View Subscriptions
You’ll be able to see your recent orders and tracking information.
When will tracking updates appear?
Tracking updates usually show within 24–48 hours after your order ships.
If you don’t see movement right away, it’s likely still being scanned by the carrier.
Tracking hasn’t updated?
Sometimes carriers can take a few days to scan or update tracking information while your package moves through the delivery network.
