We partner with reliable carriers to help ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
U.S. orders
We work with several trusted carriers across our fulfillment network, including:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
- FedEx
- Cirro
- OnTrac (available in select regions)
Most U.S. orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Cirro, depending on your location and the fulfillment center.
OnTrac may be used in certain regions to support faster local delivery.
Canada orders
For Canadian shipments:
- UPS is our primary carrier
- USPS may be used for PO boxes or areas where UPS cannot deliver
This helps ensure coverage across a wider range of addresses.
How do I know which carrier is delivering my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
- Click the “Track” button to view your shipment status
- Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after dispatch
Delivery timeframes
- U.S. orders: Typically arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping
- Canada orders: Typically arrive within 8-14 business days, depending on customs and carrier transit
Delivery times may vary based on location and external factors.
International shipping
We currently ship to select international regions, including Canada. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations and customs processing.
Lost parcel policy
A shipment may be considered lost if it has not been delivered within:
- 15 business days (U.S. orders)
- 21 business days (international orders, including Canada)
