Yes, you can update it anytime
You can quickly update your card or billing details through your customer portal.
How to update your payment method
- Go to the website and scroll to the bottom
- Click Account Login
- Enter the same email you used at checkout
- Enter the one-time login code sent to your email
💡 Tip: If you don’t see the code, check your spam or promotions folder.
Once you’re logged in
- Scroll to the Payment Methods section
- Select your saved card
- Click Edit
- Update your card details or billing address
- Save your changes
If you used Shop Pay
If you checked out using Shop Pay, your payment details are managed there.
- Update your card or billing info directly in Shop Pay
- Changes will automatically apply to future orders
If you prefer, you can check out manually next time using a different payment method.
When to make changes
Updates can take up to 24 hours to process.
To make sure your next order uses the correct payment method, update it at least one day before your renewal.
