Skip your next delivery
Already stocked up? Skip your upcoming order and keep everything else the same.
Pause your subscription
Taking a longer break? Pause anytime and restart when you’re ready.
Space out your deliveries
Adjust your schedule so orders arrive less often and better match your usage.
How to make changes
- Go to the website and scroll to the bottom
- Click Account Login
- Enter the same email you used at checkout
- Enter the one-time login code sent to your email
💡 Tip: If you don’t see the code, check your spam or promotions folder.
Once you’re logged in
- Go to Orders → View Subscriptions
- Select your subscription
- Click Manage Subscription
From there, you can skip, pause, or adjust your delivery timing in just a few clicks.
When to update
Changes can take up to 24 hours to process.
To make sure your next order is adjusted, update your subscription at least one day before your renewal.
