What should I do if I have too many products on hand?Updated 24 days ago
If you've built up extra, you can easily slow things down without losing your subscription or savings.
Here are your best options
Skip your next delivery
Already stocked up? Skip your upcoming order and keep everything else the same.
Give your next order to a friend
Instead of skipping, you can send your next order to someone else — a nice way to share if you've got plenty.
Pause your subscription
Taking a longer break? Pause anytime and pick the date you'd like deliveries to resume.
Space out your deliveries
Adjust your frequency so orders arrive less often and better match your usage.
How to make changes
- Go to firstday.com/account/login — or scroll to the bottom of the website and click Account Login.
- Sign in with Continue with Shop, or enter the same email you used at checkout.
- If you signed in with your email, enter the one-time login code sent to your inbox.
💡 Tip: If you don't see the code, check your spam or promotions folder.
Once you're logged in:
- Click View Subscriptions.
- Select your subscription.
- Click Manage Subscription.
From there, you can skip, pause, or adjust your delivery timing in just a few clicks.
When to update
Changes can take up to 24 hours to process. To make sure your next order is adjusted, update your subscription at least one day before your renewal.
