Delivery times start once your order has shipped.
Estimated delivery timelines
- U.S. orders: usually arrive within 3–8 business days after shipping
- Canadian orders: usually arrive within 8–14 business days, depending on customs and local carriers
Most orders arrive within these windows, but occasional delays can happen.
Why shipping times can vary
Sometimes delivery may take a little longer due to:
- Weather or carrier delays
- High shipping volume
- Customs processing for international orders
If your tracking hasn’t updated, the carrier may not have scanned the package yet.

How to update your delivery date
- Log in to your customer portal using the same email you used at checkout
- Go to Orders → View Subscriptions
- Select Manage Subscription
- Choose Change next order date
