SavedBy Package Protection is an optional order protection service you can add at checkout. It gives your order added support if something goes wrong with an eligible protected order, like a lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed package.
How does SavedBy Package Protection work?
SavedBy Package Protection is optional and available in your cart at checkout. When it's included on an order, that order gets added coverage for eligible issues under SavedBy's guidelines.
For subscription orders, Package Protection can be included on your recurring orders too. If you'd like to make changes to Package Protection on your subscription, just contact us and we'll be happy to help.
When can Package Protection help?
If your protected order runs into an eligible issue, we can help make it right. Eligible issues include:
- Lost or missing package
- Stolen package
- Damaged item or package
- Returned-to-sender package
- Shipping delay
- Other order or product issues covered by SavedBy's guidelines

How do I get help with a protected order?
Good news: you don't need to file anything yourself. Just reach out through our Contact Us page and choose "Help With My Product (Attach Photo)" as your subject. Our team will review your order, confirm your coverage, and take care of the claim for you.
To help us sort it out quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of what happened
- A photo
Once we have your request, we'll take care of the next steps and follow up if we need any more details. You'll receive a separate confirmation email once it's been processed.
How do I know if my order includes SavedBy Package Protection?
Check your order confirmation or order details and look for a line item called SavedBy Package Protection. If you see it, your order includes protection.
Can I remove SavedBy Package Protection?
Of course, the choice is always yours. For subscription orders, just contact us and we'll remove Package Protection from your future orders.
Before you do, it's worth keeping in mind what it covers: if a future order is ever lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed, Package Protection lets us step in and make it right quickly, without the usual back-and-forth. It's a small optional add-on for that peace of mind, but we're happy to remove it if you'd prefer.
