Already placed your order?
It happens! Once an order is placed, discounts can’t be added afterward because payment is processed right away.
What you can do instead
For subscription orders
You may be able to apply a valid discount to your next renewal.
- The code must still be active
- It needs to meet the offer terms
If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out and we’ll take a look with you.
For one-time orders
Discounts can’t be applied after checkout, but you can still use your code on a future order if it’s still valid.
How to apply a discount to your next order
- Go to the website and scroll to the bottom
- Click Account Login
- Enter your email and login code
Once you’re logged in
- Go to Orders → View Subscriptions
- Click Manage Subscription
- Scroll to Apply Discount Code
- Enter your code and click Apply
If accepted, you’ll see the discount applied to your next renewal.
