Most discount codes are intended for first-time purchases.
Subscription refill orders already include a built-in 15% ongoing subscriber discount, so additional discount codes may not apply unless specifically stated.

No code is needed to receive your ongoing subscription savings.
Are there exceptions?
From time to time, we may offer special promotions that can be applied to future orders.
These are usually shared through:

- Community updates
How to apply a discount (if eligible)
- Log in to your account via customer portal
- Go to Orders → View Subscriptions
- Click Manage Subscription
- Enter your code under Apply Discount Code
If the code is valid for your refill, it will apply to your next order.
