Use your code before your next renewal

You can apply a discount code to your upcoming subscription order right from your customer portal.

How to apply your discount

Go to the website and scroll to the bottom
Click Account Login
Enter the same email you used at checkout
Enter the one-time login code sent to your email

💡 Tip: If you don’t see the code, check your spam or promotions folder.

Once you’re logged in

Go to Orders → View Subscriptions
Find the subscription you want to update
Click Manage Subscription
Scroll to the Apply Discount Code field
Enter your code and click Apply

When will the discount apply?

Discount codes apply to future charges
If your order is already processing, the code will apply to your next renewal instead

📌 Tip: Apply your code at least 24 hours before your next charge to make sure it’s included.
