Turn your Wellness Points into savings 💙

Every time you shop with First Day, you earn Wellness Points through First Day Rewards. Once you've earned enough, you can redeem them for discount codes to use on future orders. Here's everything you need to know to find your points, see what you can unlock, and redeem your rewards.

What you can do in your Rewards account

From your Rewards account you can:

Check your current Wellness Points balance and when they expire
See your rewards tier (Member, Insider, or VIP) and the perks that come with it
Redeem points for discount codes
Track how you've earned points in your activity history
Find more ways to earn — including reviews, referrals, and your birthday gift

Step 1: Log in to your account

Go to firstday.com/account/login.
Sign in using the email associated with your account — either tap Continue with Shop, or enter your email and follow the prompt to continue.
Complete any quick verification step, and you'll land on your account page.

Step 2: Open your Rewards

Once you're logged in, scroll down to the Rewards widget and open it. This is your Rewards home base — it greets you by name and shows your points balance, your birthday gift signup, items you've recently viewed or saved, and your referral link.

To see everything, click My Rewards to open your full First Day Rewards page.

Step 3: See your points and what you can redeem

On your Rewards page you'll find:

Your points balance and expiration date at the top, so you always know how many Wellness Points you have and how long you have to use them.
Your tier — Member (free for everyone), Insider, or VIP — plus a progress bar and a "Your Perks" table showing what each tier unlocks.
Redeemable rewardsunder "Healthy Habits That Give Back":
- Berry Boost — $5 off for 100 points
- Kiwi Crush — $10 off for 200 points
- Juicy Orange — $15 off for 250 points
- Big Apple — $20 off for 300 points

Step 4: Redeem your points

On your Rewards page, click Redeem Rewards.
Select the reward you'd like to claim.
Follow the prompts, and a discount code will be generated for you.
Apply that code at checkout on your next eligible order.

Rewards can be applied to orders over $20.

Using rewards on a subscription order

You can apply a discount code to an upcoming subscription order right from your account: open your subscription settings and enter the code in the discount code field before your next renewal date.

Place an order — 1 point per $1 spent (earn 3x points on orders of $300+)

Celebrate your birthday — 200 points (add your birthday in the Rewards widget to unlock it)

Points also climb your tier: spend more over time to move from Member to Insider to VIP and unlock more perks.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I find my points balance?
Log in, open the Rewards widget, and click My Rewards. Your balance and expiration date show at the top of your Rewards page.

Do my points expire?
Yes — your points have an expiration date, which you'll see next to your balance and in your activity history. Be sure to redeem before then so you don't miss out.

Is there a minimum order to use a reward?
Yes. Rewards apply to orders over $20.

Can I use a reward on my subscription?
Yes. Enter your discount code in the discount field of your subscription settings before your renewal date, or contact our Customer Care team and we'll apply it for you.

How do I earn points for my birthday?
Open the Rewards widget, find "Get a birthday gift," choose your month and day, and click Save Birthday. You'll get a confirmation, and your birthday treat will be on its way around your special day.

Why don't I see points from a recent order?
Points can take a little time to post after an order. Check your activity history on the Rewards page — if something's still missing after a few days, reach out and we'll take a look.

Troubleshooting

I can't find the Rewards widget.
Make sure you're logged in, then scroll down on your account page. You can also go directly to the Rewards page.

I clicked a reward and saw "Not enough earnings to redeem."
This means you don't yet have enough points for that reward, or your order doesn't meet the $20 minimum. Keep earning, or choose a reward within your current balance.

My discount code isn't applying at checkout.
Double-check that your order is over $20, that the code was entered exactly as shown, and that you're not combining it with another code. If it still won't apply, contact us and we'll help.

I'm having trouble signing in.
Try both sign-in options — Continue with Shop or entering your email and completing the verification prompt. If you're still stuck, reach out through our Contact Us page.
