What changes are possible?

If your order is still processing, we can often help with:

  • Fixing your shipping address

Once your order starts packing, changes are no longer possible.

What you can do

Once inside, go to Orders → View Subscriptions, then select Manage Subscription

You’ll have several options to customize your upcoming orders. Among other things, you can:

  • Skip your next delivery
  • Pause your subscription
  • Change your next order date

You’ll receive a confirmation email once any order is processed.
