You can easily update your shipping or billing details anytime through your customer portal.
How to update your shipping address
- Go to the website and scroll to the bottom
- Click Account Login
- Enter the same email you used at checkout
- Enter the one-time login code sent to your email
💡 Tip: If you don’t see the code, check your spam or promotions folder.
Once you’re logged in
- Go to the Addresses section
- Click Edit to update your current address
- Or select Add New Address if needed
- Save your changes
đź•’ Important: Updates can take up to 24 hours to process. Make changes at least one day before your next renewal to ensure your order ships to the correct address.
How to update your billing information
- Scroll to the Payment Methods section
- Select your saved card and click Edit
- Enter your updated details and save
If you use Shop Pay
If you checked out with Shop Pay, your billing details are managed there.
Update your information in Shop Pay, and it will automatically apply to future orders.
