You can easily update your next shipment date through your customer portal. It only takes a minute.
How to change your next order date
- Go to the website and scroll to the bottom
- Click Account Login
- Enter the same email you used at checkout
- Enter the one-time login code sent to your email
💡 Tip: If you don’t see the code, check your spam or promotions folder.
Once you’re logged in
- Go to Orders → View Subscriptions
- Find the subscription you want to update
- Click Manage Subscription
- Select Change Next Order Date
- Choose your preferred date and confirm
When to make changes
Changes can take up to 24 hours to process.
To make sure your update applies to your next shipment, update your date at least one day before your renewal.
