How do I know if I am subscribed?Updated 4 days ago
It’s quick and easy to confirm whether you have an active subscription.
Option 1: Check in your customer portal
- Go to the website and scroll to the bottom
- Click Account Login
- Enter the same email you used at checkout
- Enter the one-time login code sent to your email
💡 Tip: If you don’t see the code, check your spam or promotions folder.
Option 2: Check your email
Look for your order confirmation email.
- If it mentions a subscription or recurring deliveries, you’re subscribed
- If it doesn’t, it was a one-time purchase
Once you’re logged in
- Go to Orders → View Subscriptions
Here’s what to look for:
- If you see a Manage Subscription button → you have an active subscription
- If you don’t see it → your order was a one-time purchase
