How do I know if I am subscribed?Updated 4 days ago

It’s quick and easy to confirm whether you have an active subscription.


Option 1: Check in your customer portal

  • Go to the website and scroll to the bottom
  • Click Account Login
  • Enter the same email you used at checkout
  • Enter the one-time login code sent to your email

💡 Tip: If you don’t see the code, check your spam or promotions folder.

Option 2: Check your email

Look for your order confirmation email.

  • If it mentions a subscription or recurring deliveries, you’re subscribed
  • If it doesn’t, it was a one-time purchase

Once you’re logged in

  • Go to Orders → View Subscriptions

Here’s what to look for:

  • If you see a Manage Subscription button → you have an active subscription
  • If you don’t see it → your order was a one-time purchase
