How do I update or remove products from my subscription?Updated 2 days ago

You can adjust your subscription anytime đź’™

Whether you want to remove a product, update your refill quantity, or make small changes to your routine, you can manage everything through your customer portal.


How to access your subscription

  1. Go to the website and scroll to the bottom
  2. Click Account Login
  3. Enter the same email used at checkout
  4. Enter the one-time login code sent to your email

💡 Tip: If you don’t see the code, check your spam or promotions folder.


Once you’re logged in

  1. Go to Orders → View Subscriptions
  2. Select the subscription you want to update
  3. Click Manage Subscription

From there, you can:

  • Remove products from your subscription
  • Adjust refill pouch quantities
  • Update products or delivery preferences

To remove a product

  1. Find the product you’d like to remove
  2. Click the three dots (⋯) next to the item
  3. Select Delete and confirm

Removing a product does not cancel your full subscription. Any remaining products will continue on schedule.


To adjust your refill quantity

  1. Locate your active subscription item
  2. Use the quantity dropdown or arrows
  3. Select how many refill pouches you’d like per delivery

Your updated quantity should save automatically.


When to make changes

Updates can take up to 24 hours to process.

To help ensure changes apply to your next order, update your subscription at least one day before your renewal date.
