No worries, this is usually easy to fix
This message typically means the email entered doesn’t match an order in our system yet.
Try this first
- Use the same email you used at checkout
- Go to the website and click Account Login
- Enter that email to receive your login code

Ordered from another platform?
If your order was placed through Amazon, TikTok Shop, or Target, you won’t be able to log in through a First Day account for that order.
