If you’ve used the same email at checkout, all your subscriptions will appear in a single account.
What you can do
Once you’re logged in, you can:
- View all your active subscriptions
- Update your shipping address or payment method
- Change delivery dates or frequency
- Skip, pause, or swap products
Everything is managed from one dashboard.
Using more than one email?
If you placed orders using different email addresses:
- Each email will have its own account
- Log in with the email linked to the subscription you want to manage
Important timing
- Changes can take up to 24 hours to process
- Update at least one day before your next renewal to apply changes in time
