What if my order is marked delivered but I didn’t receive it?Updated a month ago

Let’s help you find it

We know how frustrating this can be. The good news is that in many cases, the package shows up shortly after being marked as delivered.

Here’s what to check first.

Start with these quick checks

  • Wait a little longer
Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early. It often arrives within 1–2 days.
  • Look around your property
Check your mailbox, porch, garage, side door, or any safe drop-off spot.
  • Ask around
A neighbor, family member, or building manager may have received it for you.

Check with the carrier

Contact your local carrier for the most accurate, real-time update. They may be able to locate your package.

Common carriers include:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • OnTrac
  • Cirro

Still can’t find it?

If your package hasn’t turned up after a couple of days:

  • Double-check your shipping address in your order confirmation or customer portal
  • Keep monitoring your tracking link for updates

When to reach out

If it’s still missing after the following timeframes:

  • U.S. orders: allow up to 15 business days from the ship date
  • International orders (including Canada): allow up to 21 business days

Then reach out through our Contact Us page or chat. We’ll review your order and guide you on the next steps.

Why can this happen

Sometimes packages are:

  • Marked as delivered before they arrive
  • Delivered to a nearby address by mistake
  • Delayed or held by the carrier for redelivery

In many cases, they show up shortly after the delivery scan.
