We know how frustrating this can be. The good news is that in many cases, the package shows up shortly after being marked as delivered.
Here’s what to check first.
Start with these quick checks
- Wait a little longer
Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early. It often arrives within 1–2 days. - Look around your property
Check your mailbox, porch, garage, side door, or any safe drop-off spot. - Ask around
A neighbor, family member, or building manager may have received it for you.
Check with the carrier
Contact your local carrier for the most accurate, real-time update. They may be able to locate your package.
Common carriers include:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- OnTrac
- Cirro
Still can’t find it?
If your package hasn’t turned up after a couple of days:
- Double-check your shipping address in your order confirmation or customer portal
- Keep monitoring your tracking link for updates
When to reach out
If it’s still missing after the following timeframes:
- U.S. orders: allow up to 15 business days from the ship date
- International orders (including Canada): allow up to 21 business days
