Why am I seeing multiple charges?Updated 8 days ago

Seeing more than one charge? Let’s check it together 💙

In many cases, what looks like a duplicate charge is actually a temporary authorization or a separate order.

Most common reasons

1. Temporary pending authorization

Some banks may display a temporary authorization when an order is placed.

  • This is usually not an additional payment
  • Pending authorizations often disappear within a few business days

2. Multiple orders were placed

If more than one order was submitted, each order will have its own charge.

  • Check your email for multiple order confirmations
  • Each order will have its own order number and receipt

3. Additional items or upgrades

If an extra item or upgrade was added during checkout, your bank may display charges separately depending on how transactions are processed.

How to quickly check

  • Review your order confirmation emails
  • Check whether you have more than one order number
  • See if one of the charges is still marked as pending

Still unsure?

Reach out through our Contact Us page or chat and share:

  • The charge amounts and dates
  • The email used at checkout
  • A screenshot (with full card details hidden)

Our team can review the charges and help explain what you’re seeing.

Good to know

  • Charges are only processed for submitted orders
  • Pending authorizations are managed by your bank and often clear automatically
  • Timing may vary depending on your financial institution
