Here’s what to expect
You’ll be charged at checkout for your first order.
If you’re on a subscription, future orders are charged automatically based on your schedule.
For subscription orders
- Your next charge happens on your scheduled billing date
- By default, subscriptions renew every 30 days
- Your exact timing may vary if you’ve updated your schedule
How to check your next charge
- Go to the website and scroll to the bottom
- Click Account Login
- Enter your email and login code
Once you’re logged in
- Go to Orders → View Subscriptions
You’ll see your next charge date, upcoming order, and delivery details.
Need to change your charge date?
You can adjust it anytime before it processes:
- Use Set Next Order Date to move your next charge
- Skip or pause your subscription if needed
💡 Tip: Make changes at least 24 hours before your renewal to avoid being charged.
