If you have a subscription
You can update your next order to receive bottles instead of pouches.
Here’s what you can do
- Skip your upcoming refill if you don’t need it right now
- Add a one-time bottle to your next delivery
- Reach out through our Contact Us page and we’ll update it for you
💡 Tip: Try to contact us before your renewal is processed so we can update it in time.
If you’re a new subscriber
Your first order already comes in bottles.
After that, refills are sent in eco-friendly pouches by default.
If you’d prefer to keep receiving bottles, just let us know and we’ll adjust your subscription.
If you placed a one-time order
All one-time purchases are shipped in bottles by default.

Want to manage it yourself?
You can update your order anytime in your customer portal.
How to make changes
- Log in using the same email you used at checkout
- Go to Orders → View Subscriptions
- Select your subscription
- Click Manage Subscription
You’ll see several options to customize your upcoming orders. Among other things, you can adjust your product type or packaging preference.
