Yes, you can switch to refill pouches
If you already have a bottle or prefer less packaging, you can choose refill pouches for your orders.
Here’s how it works depending on your order type.
If you’re a new subscriber
Your first order comes in a reusable bottle.
After that, future deliveries automatically switch to refill pouches so you can reuse your container.
If you already have a subscription
You can update your future orders to receive refill pouches only.
How to update your preference
- Log in to your customer portal using the same email you used at checkout
- Go to Orders → View Subscriptions
- Click Manage Subscription next to your product
- Select Refill Pouch as your packaging option
You’ll have several options to customize your upcoming orders. Among other things, you can adjust your packaging preference anytime.
If you’re placing a one-time order
If you already have a bottle and would prefer refill pouches:
- Reach out through our Contact Us page
- Let us know which product and quantity you’d like
