Yes, but it’s quick to access
You’ll need to log in to your account to view or manage your subscription.
The good news is it only takes a minute, and your account is already linked to the email you used at checkout.
How to access your account
- Go to the website and scroll to the bottom
- Click Account Login
- Enter the same email you used to place your order
- Enter the one-time login code sent to your email
💡 Tip: If you don’t see the code, check your spam or promotions folder.
What you can do once you’re logged in
You’ll have full access to your subscription and orders. Among other things, you can:
- View your upcoming shipments
- Skip or pause your subscription
- Change your next order date
- Update your shipping or payment details
When to make changes
Updates can take up to 24 hours to process.
To make sure changes apply to your next order, update your subscription at least one day before your renewal.
