Your contact details can be updated directly in your account in just a few steps.
What you can update
- Email address
- Shipping address
- Billing details
- Phone number
How to update your info
- Go to the website and scroll to the bottom
- Click Account Login
- Enter your email and login code
Once you’re logged in
- Go to Addresses to update your shipping or contact details
- Go to Payment Methods to update billing or card information
Using multiple emails?
If you’ve placed orders with different emails:
- Each email has its own account
- Log in with the email linked to the details you want to update
Important timing
- Updates can take up to 24 hours to process
- Make changes at least one day before your next renewal
Ordered from another platform?
If your order was placed through Amazon, TikTok Shop, or Target, updates need to be made directly through that platform.
