Ready to start again?
You can reactivate your subscription anytime in your customer portal and pick up right where you left off.
How to reactivate your subscription
- Go to the website and scroll to the bottom
- Click Account Login
- Enter the same email you used at checkout
- Enter the one-time login code sent to your email
💡 Tip: If you don’t see the code, check your spam or promotions folder.
Once you’re logged in
- Go to Orders → View Subscriptions
- Find the subscription you want to restart
- Click Reactivate Subscription
- Confirm your selection
Your next order date will appear in your account once it’s active again.
Before you restart
You can make updates before your next order process:
- Change your next delivery date
- Adjust products or quantities
- Update your shipping or payment details
đź’ˇ Tip: Make changes at least 24 hours before your renewal to apply to your next order.
