You can check your next order date anytime in your account, so you always know what's coming up.

How to check your next order date

1. Go to firstday.com/account/login — or scroll to the bottom of the website and click Account Login.
2. Sign in with Continue with Shop, or enter the same email you used at checkout.
3. If you signed in with your email, enter the one-time login code sent to your inbox.
4. Click View Subscriptions, then Manage Subscription.

You'll see your next scheduled order date in the Next Shipment panel, where you can also make any changes.

💡 Tip: If you don't see the login code, check your spam or promotions folder.

When will I get notified?

You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order is processed.

Reminder emails before your next order aren't sent automatically for monthly subscriptions, but you can opt in to receive them. Just reach out through our Contact Us page or chat and ask to be added to monthly reminders.
