If your tracking link isn’t showing updates yet, don’t worry. This usually means your order is still in the early stages of shipping.
In most cases, your package is already on its way and just hasn’t been scanned yet.
Why tracking may not be updating yet
The carrier hasn’t scanned it yet
Your order may have left the warehouse, but the shipping carrier hasn’t scanned it into their system.
This is very common and usually updates shortly.
Tracking info is still syncing
There can be a short delay between when your order ships and when tracking becomes active.
The tracking link needs to be checked
Make sure you’re using the tracking link from your shipping confirmation email.
When will tracking update?
Tracking typically starts updating within 24–48 hours after your order confirmation email.
Sometimes it can take a bit longer depending on the carrier.
